Floyd is living the dream as owner and operator of Southern Performance Construction; he opened the doors in April of 2021. Over the past 15 years of working in the industry he has seen every aspect of iron and rigging. Floyd is very determined and can accomplish anything, he always sees failure as an opportunity. Success is in his nature, he is creative and intelligent, but always values each team members opinions. Equal opportunity is very important and he wants every employee to feel like family.

Edward has 15 years of experience as a welder. He is very determined when it comes down to submitting high quality work, he handles conflicts well and empowers our team members toward greatness. He is always full of energy and great ideas.

Colby is passionate about his goals and committed to the team. He is patient and persistent and does his job diligently.
